MyPattern ("we," "our," or "us") provides an emotional damage assessment and healing program service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your choices.

1.1 Account & Contact Data

Name, email address, and related account details.

1.2 Assessment Responses

Your responses to the emotional damage assessment quiz, including answers to questions about your background, relationships, and emotional patterns.

1.3 Assessment Results & Scores

Your personalized emotional damage scores and analysis results generated from your assessment responses.

This data is used only for your account to provide personalized insights and is never sold.

1.4 Program Progress & Activity

Data about your engagement with the healing program, including which lessons you've completed, exercises you've done, and progress tracking.

1.5 Usage & Device Data

Log data, pages viewed, diagnostic information to maintain and improve the service.

1.6 Payment Data

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive only limited information necessary to confirm payment.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the MyPattern service.
  • Calculate your emotional damage scores and generate personalized insights.
  • Deliver your personalized healing program and track your progress.
  • Process payments and provide support communications.
  • Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Develop new features and program improvements (where permitted).

We do not use your assessment data or personal information for advertising or sale.

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share information in these limited circumstances:

  • With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment processors) who process data strictly on our behalf.
  • To comply with law, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

  • Assessment responses: Retained so you can access your results and track progress over time. You may delete your assessment data at any time in your account settings.
  • Assessment results & scores: Retained for as long as your account is active, since they are required to provide your personalized healing program. You may delete your results at any time, but doing so may affect your access to personalized content.
  • Program progress: Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Account deletion: Immediately deletes all your assessment data, results, and program progress from our systems.

5. Your Rights & Controls

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

In-app controls:

  • Delete your assessment data
  • Delete your results and scores
  • Delete your account (which deletes all data)

6. Data Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Eligibility

MyPattern is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

We may update this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
